Skyblivion is a volunteer-based project by the TESRenewal modding group. We aim to bring The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion to a new generation of gamers and re-introduce it to long time fans of the series. We are currently in the process of remaking Cyrodiil along with all of its quests, locations and characters into Skyrim and Skyrim: Special Edition.

This statement describes how Skyblivion collects and processes data that you provide to us or that we collect via the website

The company is responsible for your personal data. When you visit the site, we automatically collect information about you. This can be which browser you use, which keywords you use on our website, IP address and computer information. All this is done to optimize website conversion, improve this and do targeted marketing. We do not register data about your name, where you live, etc., which means that you will be treated anonymously.

Collection of information

Collection of information as mentioned above, is necessary for us to improve usability and provide you with relevant information.

We will only use the IP address to determine your geographical location if we have received your consent and the collection of information is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you.

We only collect other information as stated above if you give your express consent.

Using data processors

Skyblivion is responsible for the data and should not be used for any purpose other than performing the contract with us. In cases where we use external data processors, the responsibility for the data will be secured through the data processor’s own certification.

One of these data management examples is Google Analytics att: Google Inc., established in the US. Appropriate safeguards for the transfer of information to the United States are ensured through the data processor’s certification under EU-US privacy. A copy of the certification can be found here.

Your rights

Insight

You have the right at any time to inquire what kind of information we have recorded of you, what the purpose of the registration is, what categories of personal data, possible recipients of information, as well as information about the origin of the data.

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal details we process about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, please send a written request, together with identification that you are the person in question (copy of passport / driver’s license etc.)


The right to answer

You have the right to correct errors in personal data that we have registered about you. If you become aware that there is an error in the information we have recorded about you, please send us a written inquiry with the corrected information.


The right to erase

You have the right to have some or all of your personal information deleted by us, for example if you withdraw your consent to our registrations. To the extent that the processing of your information is necessary, for example to comply with our statutory obligations, we are not obligated to delete the personal data.


The right to restrict processing for storage

You also have, in some instances, the right of limited processing of your personal data to consist solely of storage, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.


The right to data mobility

You have the right to keep your personal data in a structured, frequently used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer this information when we collect your personal information in connection with:

Deleting personal information

If you do not use our site for a period of 1 year, we will automatically delete the information that we have registered about you, which we are not required by law to store for an extended period of time.

We have implemented necessary technical and organizational security measures against accidental or unlawful destruction, disappearance, alteration or deterioration of personal data, as well as against the knowledge or misuse of third parties.

Only employees who need to access your personal information to do the job can access it.
